It’s early in the a.m. and I have found that I can’t really handle a lot of food for breakfast. Up until recently I used to skip breakfast all together but I decided that I needed to take better care of myself and choose foods that were light on my stomach. Besides it is the most important. Meal of the day right 😘 if I can’t seem to want anything in my fridge I usually head out to Panera Bread as they have a lot of healthy options for me to choose from. This particular morning I chose a blueberry muffin and a vanilla chai. I was low on energy and not in the best mood so that’s where the chai comes in at. If the weather permits I usually sit out on the patio so I can enjoy the fresh air.
